Action Recruitment are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager on behalf of our client, a 4-star accommodation company in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a housekeeping managerial role, preferably in a 4-star hotel or with corporate lettings experience. This may also suit an Assistant Housekeeping Manager looking to take the next step in his/her career.
The Housekeeping Manager will report directly to the GM and assist the GM in the overall management of the team of Housekeeping Assistants and a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Manager will manage the day to day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards, and implementing improvements as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on operational style with excellent attention to detail and standards. He/she will be a positive professional, with a passion for perfection and a good eye for detail. You must also have excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
You must be a strong team leader and be able to connect and engage with team members. This role is based in Dublin, but the Housekeeping Manager will be required to be mobile during the day, so a driver’s license and own car are necessary.
Salary €32K plus bonus
