Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception Manager to join the Front Office team of our client, a five-star hotel outside Dublin.  This is a one-year fixed-term contract, where you can gain experience learning all aspects of the Front Office department in a five-star property.

Experience in a similar role in a four or five-star level property is essential.  You must have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude.  You must also be passionate about customer care and committed to delivering excellent standards of service.  Fluent English, both spoken and written is also required.

As Reception Manager Responsibilities include:

  • To motivate and lead the Receptionist team, ensuring a high standard of guest service at all times
  • To ensure SOP’s are maintained and implemented, along with the training and development of the Front Office team
  • To assist with reservations, ensuring each guest in a courteous, friendly manner
  • To assist with any duties as directed by a Supervisor or Manager
