We are now seeking applications for a vacancy of Junior Sous Pastry Chef on behalf of our client, a five star Hotel in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a five star Hotel or fine dining restaurant.  You must have a positive attitude, with a passion for desserts and pastry.

You must have a good knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene and be competent working in a busy Hotel kitchen.

Salary €34,000
