Our client is searching for an Assistant Accommodation Manager
The client is a 5 - Star Hotel in Kerry, that sits on the world famous Wild Atlantic Way.
- To maintain the upkeep of the Accommodation Department to 5 star standard
- Ensure the team are briefed daily to follow allocated duties.
- Ensure that training is Implement and continuous and that all team members are trained to the required standard
- Ensure deep cleaning schedules are adhered to. Stock taking and ordering of amenities for the bedrooms.
- Monitor staff performance dealing with any issues as they arise
- Work with the Accommodation Manager on rostering and management of schedules and budgets.
- Deputise for the Accommodation manager in their absence
- Experience in a similar role.
- Have an approachable management style.
- Have an excellent attention detail.
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to multitask, delegate and to be organised.
- Want to always exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are complied to.
